The whole series are providedwith high pressure air pump(30kg cm2)low pressure meld lock, high pressure airblowing. The stretching stroke is large, it is suitoabhle for wider scopes ofblowing bottle types and the qualification rate is high.

Features
Bottle blank heating-heating by simulating control and with theuniform temperature.
Stretch air-cylinder for bottle blowing. The aircylinder is equipped with a guide rod which ensures the stretching bar in avertical direction and positions precisely the bottom centre of the finishedbottle.
Method of mold lock-mold is locked through crank arm. The moldlocking strength of the crank arm is 17-50T with micro-adjutment for moldclearance.
