| Featues: 1.The bottle-necks are cramped and bottles aresuspended during the speration process. This avoids many malfunctions caused bythinner bottle body or different highness of bottles. This design also reducedramatically the required nember of changeable parts, make if mort convenientand quickly to change to another type of bottles. 2.The most advancedtechnology from Japan and Germany is employed in the design .The gravity fixedliquid surface filling is used. The filling is fast the amount of liquid isaccurately controlled and the dropping and leakage are avoided. 3.Springcramps are used in the bottle washing process. The empty bottles can be turnedover180°along the conveying rail. There are two times of internal and externalwashing the efficiency of bottle washing is high. 4.The magnetic torque isused for screw capping. The power of screw capping can be adjusted withoutsteps. The power of the screw capping can also be fixed and the caps will not bedamaged the capping is reliable. 5.Horizon swirl air power caps sortingdevice is used to avoid damaging the surface of caps and when there is ashortage of caps in the caps storage tank an alarm signal will be generated andthe caps will be fed automatically. 6.The whole machine is controlled byPLC with touch-screen as the human-machine interface. The amount of the drinksin the storage tank can be controlled automatically. The filling and cappingwill be stopped automatically when there is no bottle. When bottles are crampedwrongly or when caps are not available the machine can be stoppedautomatically. 7.The frequency changing technology is used to adjust theoperation speed steplessly. The production capacity can be displayed digitallyand can be adjusted conveniently. 8.All parts that have direct contact withwater are made in SUS304 stainless steel The critical electronic somponents arefrom Mitsubishi(Japan),Omron,etc,the pneumatic devices are from Japan andltaly. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
